In my career, I operate at the intersection of law, finance, risk management, internal controls and business process optimization. My approach is based on a comprehensive understanding of the business environment, where the legal, financial and organizational aspects of decisions are closely interconnected. I further strengthen my professional expertise with internationally recognized qualifications, including ACCA Affiliate status and the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Foundation certification in information security.
I have participated in the preparation of legal opinions, the establishment of internal control systems, the digitalization of business processes and the development of structures for monitoring business processes and key business data. Through this work, I have gained experience with companies operating in different sectors, including IT and technology companies, organizations in the medical devices and healthcare sector, and entities participating in public procurement procedures.
I place particular emphasis on ensuring that legal and regulatory requirements are meaningfully integrated into business processes, supporting efficient, transparent and long-term sustainable business operations.
